Sometimes a utility won't install completely the first time. If you are having trouble completing the installation, make sure you are following the step by step instructions in the PDF that was included in the zip installer file.
Uninstall/Reinstall
Errors can be caused because the component that connects to the QB Application did not successfully install. Please follow these steps to reinstall the utility and the QBFC Connector.
Please follow these steps in order:
1. Go to Control Panel > Programs and uninstall the current version of the utility
2. Locate the QBFC12.0 Connector application and uninstall it
3. Restart your computer
4. Unzip the downloaded installation files to a local folder
5. Install the software again from the unziped file by clicking Setup.exe
